If you paid for an item and have not received it in a reasonable amount of time, we recommend trying to contact the seller to find out what the problem is. If you are unable to get an acceptable answer from the seller, then we recommend disputing the charge.

We do recommend paying for your auction purchases with either a PayPal account or major credit card. When you use either of these two methods, you should be able to dispute the charge. If you paid with a check or money order then you may have to take other legal actions against the seller.

You may also want to contact us in regards to the situation. Even though we will not mediate the situation between you and the seller, we will look into banning the member from Saturn Place for violating our terms of use.

In some situations you may want to contact law enforcement to report suspicious activity.
·         File a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
·         File a report with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
·         Contact a law enforcement agency in your location or the seller's location.
