Feedback ratings let buyers and sellers rate their satisfaction with each other. They also build trust and confidence for those buying and selling on Saturn Place.

Only the winning bidder and the corresponding seller of an auction can rate one another.

How ratings are determined:

Each user (buyer or seller) represents a unique vote. Each time someone rates you, their rating reflects their opinion of the most recent transaction that took place. You can rate someone as a 5 star, being the best, to a 1 star, being the worst.

How do I rate someone?

When an auction closes with a winning bidder, you will be able to rate each other. To rate someone login to your account. Click the “leave feedback” link on the right side of the page.

Some reminders about feedback:

Feedback is permanent and can't be edited or removed once submitted. You are entirely responsible for the words you post, including slanderous statements.
